Terms & Conditions

Effective date: February 14, 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the Pangea Football website and to services provided by Pangea Football, including (where offered) training, mentoring, football services, tournaments, tours, and related activities.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website or book services.

1. About Us

Pangea Football ("we", "us", "our") operates from Barcelona, Spain, and provides services to clients in Spain and internationally.

Email: legal@pangeafootball.com

2. Services Covered by These Terms

Our services may include (depending on the programme):

  • Training sessions and coaching support
  • Mentoring and player development services
  • Tournament/tour planning and coordination
  • Introductions to third-party partners (clubs, academies, specialists)
  • Media services (photography/video)
  • Organised group activities during tours

Important: We may work with independent partners (coaches, academies, venues, tournament organisers, hotels, transport providers). Those partners may have their own rules and terms.

3. Website Use (No Online Payments)

Our website provides information and may include enquiry/registration forms.

No payments are processed through the website at this time (and are not expected until at least September).

Any payment arrangements for tours or programmes will be communicated separately.

4. Bookings, Enquiries and Accuracy of Information

  • Submitting a form or enquiry does not guarantee a place on any programme or tour.
  • A place is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation (email/WhatsApp) from Pangea Football (or an authorised representative) and any required documentation is completed.

We aim to keep website information accurate, but schedules, venues, opponents, and tour details may change due to factors outside our control (e.g., tournament organisers, weather, transport).

5. Payments, Invoices and Collection (Tours)

For certain programmes (including this year's tour), payments may be collected offline (e.g., bank transfer) and may be collected by an authorised representative such as Coach Del.

  • Families will be told who is collecting payments and where payments should be sent.
  • Where applicable, Pangea Football may issue an invoice to Coach Del relating to coordination/services.
  • Families should keep proof of payment (receipt/screenshot/transfer confirmation).
  • Pangea Football is not responsible for bank transfer errors made by the payer (e.g., wrong reference).

6. Deposits, Instalments, Cancellations and Refunds (Tours)

Because tours involve advance bookings (accommodation, transport, tournament fees, kit and logistics), cancellation terms apply:

  • Deposits are typically used to secure places and cover non-refundable costs.
  • Refund eligibility depends on whether costs are recoverable from suppliers/partners.
  • If a participant cancels, we will provide a best-effort breakdown of recoverable vs non-recoverable elements.

We recommend the following standard approach:

  • Deposit: non-refundable once suppliers have been paid or the place has been confirmed.
  • Instalments: refundable only to the extent we can recover funds from suppliers.
  • If we cancel the programme (rare): we will refund amounts paid to us that are not already committed or non-recoverable, and we will support families in claiming on insurance where relevant.

Travel insurance: Families are strongly advised to purchase appropriate travel and medical insurance. Some losses may be recoverable through insurance rather than refunds.

7. Player Conduct and Parent/Guardian Responsibilities

Participants must:

  • Follow staff instructions during official activities
  • Respect teammates, opponents, staff, hotel/venue staff and the public
  • Avoid bullying, harassment, discrimination or threatening behaviour
  • Respect curfews, safety rules, and accommodation policies
  • Not use alcohol, drugs, vaping products, or illegal substances (especially minors)

Parents/guardians must:

  • Provide accurate medical/emergency information
  • Ensure the player has valid travel documents and permissions
  • Disclose relevant medical needs (allergies, medication, injuries)
  • Ensure the player understands behavioural expectations

We may remove a participant from an activity or programme for serious misconduct or repeated breaches. Where removal occurs, additional costs (e.g., transport home, supervision changes) may be the responsibility of the parent/guardian.

8. Health, Injuries and Medical Treatment

Football involves risk of injury. By participating, you acknowledge the inherent risks of sport.

For minors, parents/guardians may be asked to sign:

  • Consent to participate
  • Consent for emergency medical treatment if needed

We will take reasonable steps to support player welfare, but we are not a medical provider.

9. Supervision, Duty of Care and "In Loco Parentis"

During official programme hours, appointed staff may supervise participants and act in a responsible adult capacity. However:

  • Supervision is limited to scheduled activities and agreed programme times
  • Outside official activities, parental responsibility remains with parents/guardians unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing

10. Photography, Video and Media

We may take photos/videos during events for:

  • Reporting and memories
  • Marketing/promotional use (website/social media)

For minors, we will obtain parent/guardian consent where required and respect withdrawals of consent where feasible. You can request removal of specific images by contacting us.

11. Third-Party Services and Introductions

Where we introduce or refer you to third parties (clubs, academies, scouts, specialists):

  • We do not guarantee selection, contracts, trials, scholarships or outcomes.
  • Any agreement is between you and the third party.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control (e.g., cancellations by organisers, force majeure, strikes, severe weather).
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, where applicable).

13. Complaints

If you have a complaint, contact us with details and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe:

Email: complaints@pangeafootball.com

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.

If you are a consumer based in the UK or EU, you may also have mandatory consumer rights under your local laws that cannot be excluded.
